Archards Irrigation:

The pipe and riser systems from Archards Irrigation feature:

The riser has been designed for a pipeline irrigation system
Standard risers ranging from 160mm – 450mm can withstand up to 8 metres of head pressure
Pipelines can be welded on site to any length required and can range from 160mm to 1000mm pipe.
Pipelines can also include a riser system to replace the conventional channel and outlet set-ups.
Risers have been specifically designed to allow for full automation set-up.
Pipelines are economical for both small and large farms and can be designed to incorporate a re-use system and automatic irrigation.
Water savings have been found to be significant when using a pipe & riser system compared with an open channel system

G&M Poly Irrigation:

G&M Poly Irrigation is able to install your pipe and riser system on site. The system can be either installed as a manual system, or as an automated system (refer to the Aquator section for more details on the automation).

G&M Poly Irrigation is able to supply and install risers ranging from 150mm in diameter to 450mm and pipes from 150mm to 1000mm in diameter.

G&M Poly Irrigation can also look after suction and delivery lines from pumps, manufacture pump wells, and provide foot valves and strainers.

Overcentre Locking Flaps

Available for use in both vertical and horizontal positions, the Positive Seal Flap uses a positive closing mechanism to ensure a water-tight closure.

Easy to fit and to operate, these outlets can also be automated. Designed for use in upstream applications only.
